The purpose for which the Hotel processes personal data is the conclusion and implementation of the contract for the provision of hotel services. In addition, the purpose of data processing by the Hotel is:

  • The pursuit of any claims by the Hotel in connection with the damage suffered by the guest, caused by the guest or the defense against the guest’s claims in relation to the Hotel,
  • Documenting the performance of services for tax purposes,
  • Providing the highest quality services for hotel guests. In the event that the guest agreed to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes, the Hotel processes personal data for this purpose, i.e. in order to send marketing information and offers about its products and services to the guest. In addition, the Hotel processes personal data collected by hotel surveillance to ensure the safety of hotel guests and other people staying at the Hotel.

The legal basis for processing of guest personal data obtained by the Hotel is a contract for the provision of hotel services, concluded at the time of check-in of the Guest at the hotel. The legal basis for the processing of the guest’s personal data used for marketing purposes is the guest’s consent. The hotel informs that the consent can be withdrawn at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the validity of the processing that took place prior to withdrawal of consent. The legal basis for the processing of guest personal data through surveillance is the protection of its vital interests and protection of the vital interests of other natural persons, as well as the justified purpose of the administrator. The period of personal data processing

Personal data:

  • Acquired in connection with the surveillance will be processed for 14 days from the date of fixation, and then will be permanently deleted.
